Along parts of the Bay of Fundy especially near Truro and Moncton the difference can be over 15 meters. The question has crossed my mind, if ocean levels were to rise 30 cms in my area, would high tide levels along parts of the Bay of Fundy rise by 4.5 meters?

30 cms x 15 = 450 cms/ 4.5 meters.

One of the best types of responses to this may be initiatives such as the Sahara Forest Project.Dennis Tatehttp://www.bankingsystemsflaws.blogspot.ca/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33763421.post-63037143125668479162013-11-30T10:57:32.908-04:002013-11-30T10:57:32.908-04:00There is now a way to get to the shores of Isle Ha...There is now a way to get to the shores of Isle Haute, with Advocate Boat Tours out of Advocate Harbour, which you can find out about at http://www.advocateboattours.comWernernoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33763421.post-52473280786854287582013-10-25T09:31:55.531-03:002013-10-25T09:31:55.531-03:00You can now get to Isle Haute on a tour with Advoc...You can now get to Isle Haute on a tour with Advocate Boat Tours. The film will have its national TV broadcast debut on Sunday, January 22, 2012 at 12 Noon on CBC TV’s Land & Sea.

The film explores the world of sardines - the silvery fish from the Bay of Fundy that are nature’s superfood. It takes you inside the planet's largest - and North America’s last remaining - sardine cannery, Connors Bros. in Blacks Harbour, New Brunswick. The town has been billed as the “Sardine Capital of the World”, but the cannery is facing huge challenges that are putting this title, and the community’s livelihood, at risk.

Check out the film preview http://youtu.be/NwquoUSuajU and tune in this Sunday at 12 Noon.Jessicahttp://telltale.tv/Sardines.htmlnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33763421.post-3102732829537397472012-01-12T08:59:43.955-04:002012-01-12T08:59:43.955-04:00This is a great capture of the cloud.
