The whale watching season in Bay of Fundy will soon begin and continues through October.While visiting the Saltscapes Expo this weekend visitors to the Nova Scotia exhibit got a preview of the season to come. I got really lucky and picked this one up by its tail!

Even though I'm from Dartmouth, the first time I went whale watching (besides from the HRM ferry) was in the Bay of Fundy. We went in a zamboni & I was so frightened that a huge whale would capsize our boat. Then, off in the distance we saw two gorgeous whales surface. What beautiful memories.
