All about the chocolate

Lest you think we are all about smoked salmon, sardines, dulse, blueberries, and wine here around the Bay of Fundy, I'd like to point out that we are also home Canada's oldest Chocolatier: Ganongs (founded in 1873). The Ganong Chocolate Museum in St Stephen, New Brunswick, is currently undergoing a $400,000 expansion to enhance its facilities and chocolate making demonstrations as well as to make more space for groups and bus tours.
